If you live in the 1st house on a brand new street don't expect to be able to get any mail delivered to your house within the first 10 weeks . If you order something from online dont expect2receive it

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT send anything express overnight mail by FEDEX or UPS! They wanted to charge me over $60 to overnight an envelope! The Post Office only charged me $19.95...

Make sure anyone sending you click and ship has the postage correct because this post office checks every inbound package. Don't know how they have time. I call it my Converse Post Office tax!!
