Make sure to ask for new frames or they’ll use the display frames to make your glasses.

Spoke to the District Manager about horrific treatment in the store, and about condescending staff at a booth recently. He was offensive, bullying, and hurtful. Just boycott JINS.

If you look like an unattractive, fobby-looking Asian, prepare to be ignored, stereotyped, assumed to know nothing about trendy frames, and treated condescendingly.

I cannot recommend JINS and their robot Kanna anymore highly. They're dead-on with that thirty minute promise. Great style selection, friendly staff, comfy seating, and great glasses! I'll be back.

If you work with a computer a lot, get the JINS Screen lenses. An additional cost of $60 to your glasses. Lots of frames to choose from! Love the store design.
