The staff seem unhappy, the hairdresser vented at me about the staffing problems and the eyebrow specialist left me with one funny looking eyebrow :(

It was $20 for a cut. I asked for a short cut, and told her four times to cut it shorter, and walked away with a face full of hair. A good cut in the end.
