Had to drive from Great Bridge to help someone get the battery out of her car because the employees wouldn't do it. I count at least 4 males here. They wouldn't help a girl.

Employees here are VERY rude. They are NOT helpful and get very upset on returns and give you the hardest time giving you your money back even with receipt! Be warned!

My tech answered the phone in the middle of helping me and decided to leave me standing there for 10 minutes while he pulled the parts for person on the phone. I walked out and won't be back.
