We vowed never to walk into another Ferman Dealer ever about 10 years ago, this place and George Holbrook changed all that at least at Buick great people here! So much so we purchased.

I messed up & didn't wait for Milo & got hooked up with another service guy. He was not straight up with me & waisted my whole morning & STILL didn't get the work done NOT COOL. Milo or nothing folks!
