The largest valley on the island, Waipio is an impressive sight. You can catch views of waterfalls and the black sand beach from here. Only 4x4 vehicles and strong hikers are allowed down the road.

You can park on the street before the lookout, just be mindful of residents and others who want to see the valley. Great place for pictures!
