Outstanding 5 star hotel in the Northern Rhône. An excellent base for wine tasting in Cornas and Hermitage. And obviously the restaurant is divine.

By far one of the best and unfairly unacknowledged restaurants in the world. The style and simplicity of flavor along with a sophisticated passion creates one of the most memorable meals in France.
