In line for 20 minutes. #3 in line of 10 people. Haven't moved. Only one rep, EIGHT open kiosks with no rep. Worst service. Current customer at kiosk entire wait so far.

This customer service rep couldn't move any slower if he tried. Been in line for more than ten min with only one person ahead of me. Ridiculous.
