It's an active workshop, with artisans crafting gas lamps still used across NOLA. There's a nice courtyard, and a small exhibit about the history of gas lighting. Worth stopping in for a few minutes.

They sell some beautiful outdoor light pieces that would make excellent additions to any home. The staff is also very friendly.
