All hotels in el gouna pay the money back if u make reservation by mistakenly or change your plans on same day, but this one is rude and pathetic, no communicaton, dont go there

The view is probably the best thing at this hotel. Gives you access to Moods beach which is quite close, a 10 minute walk.

Good value for money, excellent service, great friendly, flexible stuff and the rooms with view on the marina are the best view you can walk up to

Beautiful hotel with lovely, friendly staff, all good except for coackroaches (4 in one night!) and an AC that went kapputt at 3AM. Good service though. They fixed it. Ask for the room to be sprayed.

Excellent hotel! Everything is new and stylish. Great location, marina view. Silent place, very comfortable bed in room. Like it a lot!
