Nice hotel, but room cleaning was awful. Two days with no service. I know they were full but come on.

Always a good price. Book the more updated tower. Great location, park next door in the garage.

Our room was run down and badly in need of renovation. Location is great, but the room experience could be better.

No fridges in the rooms. Can't find the ice machine. Uncomfortable bed.

I'm allergic to feathers. I requested a non-feather pillow and they do not have any. What?! Also the room with two beds has standard sized beds. Smaller than doubles. Fixtures are very 80s.

I paid for 2 rooms, then asked where do we park. The hotel said parking is an additional $27. Wtf? Do you think I walked here?
