Awesome experience wiith front desk staff - be prepared to show government ID if using rate - only wish they had a hot tub - no tub in room either.

Agree! The front desk staff is very friendly and that's very unusual for New Mexico...the land where people don't believe in "customer service" even though they depend so much on tourism.

Everyone is so darn friendly. Walking distance to everything. Rooms are nice & clean. The elevators are super slow like there's 100 floors here slow. Very affordable & great place to stay.

Hyatt is a great hotel, pool workout center the works. It is right next to ABQ, the shopping center it's overall good.
