Hotel is aging fast. This was built as a hotel Indigo then quickly changed to a HIE. Showers falling apart, walls molding, they filled in the whirlpool, etc. good luck getting a clean quality room.

Someone is BOUNCING BALLS above us and hopefully are child age and will stop before I try to go to bed!!

Nice rooms. Hot water went out while we were here and they gave us a free night. The rooms are not very sound-insulated as every time someone walked by, we could hear their conversation clearly.

Terrible service. Didn't even TRY to fix the room mistake to our reservation that THEY made and wouldn't even waive the fee for the roll away needed in the single bed room we were given for 3 people.

This place has delightful decorations and a beautiful colors. The place is almost flawless. That being said the pressure of the water in the shower is very light, bringing the rating short of perfect.

Don't stay in the new section the floors are like paper and u can hear everything. Especially the drunks falling down at 3am
