Amazing property! Beautiful grounds and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend taking a bike for an early ride around the recommended little lake route followed by a personal boat tour

For afternoon tea, we arrived at 4:30 & even though it ends at 5, we were told we had to order off the menu because there was only 30 min left. Nowhere does it say cut off time is 4:30. Disappointing.

Excursions include tours around the lake on traditional wooden boats—the Chinese answer to the gondola—complete with a picnic lunch arranged by the hotel.
