The people at the reception are SUPER friendly. They speak English & Spanish fluently. Room: clean. Plaza Mayor is a 4 star hotel but the price is cheap. It’s nearby the museo Del Prado & plaza Mayor.

I stay here every time I visit Madrid. Great place, renovated fully. Very clean. It has a decent gym and jacuzzi. The breakfast is nothing special. The location is also very good.
