There is no safe in the hotel rooms!!! How is this even possible in the 21st century??

Bring ear plugs. Walls & floors transmit sounds. Under window air units. Room below us sounded like an air compressor or helicopter. Doors close hard & extremely loud.

No on site restaurant, need a car to go eat. Closest thing is Denny's on the other side of Hwy 71. Staff @ check in was a bit gruff like I was interrupting her when no one else was around.

It is always quiet and neat. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Austin since its nearby the Austin Bergstrom Airport.

I love this hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable! I wish there was more around, but that's ok. Free wifi, free breakfast, decent pool and nice staff'

Free wi-fi! And it is pretty fast too! Free wi-fi is always a plus.

This place is beautiful!! What a great new branding and concept for best western. Seriously, you'll be pleasantly surprised. And, free breakfast! Great employees also from what I've experienced.
