Location very good, nice garden, Ramayana Theatre, cafe restaurant, function room. Room amenities are very poor not even a soap. Towel smells clean but low quality materials.

Housekeeping is done around 2pm. The staff is helpful and will book Borobudur tours and taxis

Very good location and environment (gardens, restaurant..). However, sheets, towels and room in general are not very clean. Staff is extremelly helpful and kind. By the way, wifi signal is very weak.
