Decent service, but let's not pretend that these rooms are anything above passable. Dirty, tons of rudimentary "renovations," etc. Just spend the little extra for name brand. You won't regret it.

If all you want is a bed, this place is fine. The wifi didn't work and their cable was out. With the air on, the room was freezing but with it off, it was sweltering. Not great, but not gross.

Make sure all the windows are locked (open the wooden shades too) two windows were open when I came in.. otherwise decent enough for sleeping.

Room 104 has sidewalk view. Room is acceptable, but nothing more. If that is all I want this could b good.

I WA told one thing about ths ART shuttle n I followed directions but they gave me wrong info. Glad I was 3 blocks walking with ample time.

Remember just because you ask for various wake Up calls people can mess Up the simplest of requests. U r on your own here, no Cust service whatsoever.

For the price I really didn't expect much. The only benefit, is that it is in walking distance to Disneyland. This hotel doesn't really offer much but a bed. Perfect for me who only used it to sleep.

Spatters of stuff on walls, stained carpet,even feels gross when you walk Shower that is either very hot or very cold. Stapled wallpaper... Itchy beds. really hopes it's not bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE

Get the rooms with a balcony. They are slowly shaping this place back up.
