Otel gerilemiş.. oda bakımı geç yapılyor kahvaltı kötü personel davranışları kötü. Hele o yaşlı yönetici insanlara çık kötü davranıyor. Bu kez hiç beğenmedim . Sanki de bu otel el değişti.değmez..

Disappointing and for the high reputation it has you will most likely be let down. Very nice soaps but interior is shambolic and poorly finished/maintained!

Too noisy here. Do not stay if you need to be rested. High street side rooms are awful for sound but I'm told noise from all sides! Some rooms are £420 per night!! For interrupted sleep!!

Average and, as someone previously said: "The beds are too soft and sink in". Besides that, no coffee, tea (or kettle) in the room.

Recently renovated and located in the heart of the High Street. However, the prices are outrageous for what you get. The beds are too soft and sink in, the rooms and bathrooms not spacious enough.
