It's a decent place to stay at, it's a good family resort if you have small children. The pools are more tailored towards smaller children and it makes the hotel a little less enjoyable for me.

Beautiful view got free bands for amusement park kids loved it next we r going to the water park so far so good :)

Messed up out reservations. Thought it was fixed. Just arrived and the manager told us there is a "leak" in our room. Now we gotta stay in a small room tonight then move to another room tomorrow. BS!!

Final opinion....Tonya, front desk receptionist, has Horrible customer service skills & most staff don't know what the right hand is doing! Needs Managers who actually Manage & better Customer Svc.

You can't call this place a Resort! Maybe a Gloried Motel 6 but NOT a Resort! Bar food is from the Snack Shack NOT from Restaurant....Restaurant closes early so if Ur night owls this place Not for U!
