호주와 일본 대사관 사이에 위치하여 관광보다는 비즈니스트립에 적당함. 이로 인해 japanase chinese korean cuisine 이 섞여있음. 호텔 자체는 베트남 최고 높이임. 하노이와의 문화적 맥락은 다소 떨어진다.
