We've always found the staff (Receptionists included) to be very helpful and pleasant and we have a great Orthodentist :)

The Dental staff here are great. Really friendly and helpful. Saw our amazing consultant Izzy who is very happy & discharge us. :)))

The receptionists are rude but they have to deal with an unprecedented amount of pisstakers.Just make sure you turn up on time checking your appointment letter carefully then you will have no problems
