Absolutely worst Steak and Shake experience ever. Food arrived 1 hour and 8 minutes after being ordered. Received half orders of Fries for three of our plates. And most were cold.

Milkshakes were awesome, food was tasty and devoured in no time, regrets of not coming more often were had. Enjoy S&S when possible, don't regret.

Terrible wait staff! Took 5 minutes to flag anyone down to find our waiter. Some people got up and left never getting any service.
