Their chips and salsa are the freshest! Phil Sandoval's is similar to Rosie's Cantina. Both are great restaurants.

Some of the best Mexican in HSV. Salsa is to die for, and the fish tacos are awesome. There is also an awesome chicken plate that comes with a taco, enchilada, tamale, and burrito. It's awesome
