For the best tonkatsu in town, head down to Kagura in Torrance. If the delicious tonkatsu isn't your style, opt for the grilled black cod and potato croquettes.

you have to wait for over an hour for a slice of Tonkatsu to be cooked after you order it. it's just stupid.

very slow service. sunday lunch time, the place was full but only 2 servers. too bad because we really enjoyed the food.

Highly recommended if you want delicious deep fried tonkatsu. Don't overlook the fish either.
