Simple y divertido: se ordenan los tragos en la barra y agarras el primer espacio vacío. Mucha gente se sale a tomar y fumar a la calle. Es totalmente informal... una taberna para ir a chupar.

No serving of alcohol before 12pm on Sundays. Breakfast menu served till 12pm on Sundays. And you can't order lunch menu before that. Boo.
