Good character pub with good beers & reasonably priced meals. Large portions :-) Seating is in several separate areas, so it's good if you prefer your own quiet space.

I really like it here - we've been for meals several times. The food is lovely - plenty of choice, cooked well and reasonably priced.

Best to sit in the old part of the pub, much more atmosphere. Also Simons chillie is fantastic if you like it hot, great with chips instead of rice :-)
