Directly opposite the far superior Plough, so you'll be hard pressed to find a reason to come here. It's bland, but inoffensive. A decent beer selection goes in its favour (but White Horse is better).

A bit of a boring pub, has a selection of real ales. Was quiet when I visited, if this appeals. I say look elsewhere unless you're with a big gang!

Monday nights are great for CAMRA members. All real ale is £2.49 a pint (remember your membership card)
