It's in n out. Outside seating, mainly drive thru. Ask the staff for restroom key.

If you enter the drive thru from Santa Anita, make sure you can reach outside the passenger window to get your food.

What's not to live except the lines for drive through or the miserably small parking lot. Get there before 11:40 week days to avoid the huge lunch hour rush.
