The time you spend lining up is the same as the time you spend eating an entire combo. They don't know how to serve efficiently and they don't know how to cope when the line gets long.

Hilariously inept service. Being given random food, drink & toppings without having been asked what I want. Took 5 minutes to figure out how to charge for a burger & a drink, not a combo.
