Cozy place. Nice place for studying, reading, etc. plus free parking. There are approx 7 slots. So, if you will bring a car...really have to be there around 7:30am. Caution: upper floor is a bit warm

It's easy to mess up a drive thru order, so always make it clear. Iced white mocha americano, no water, 2 shots breve is my duty coffee!
