Real Italian roast beans, by an exceptional Italian family, now in Seattle, freshly cleaned grinders every morning and clear, filtered well water from the southern Rockies. NO stale oils. Perfect

Super friendly shop, open for ~20 years according to the owner. It's walk-in, back-out small, decorated with currency and postcards from around the world. Great little spot.
