Apparently no one in the service dept know there ass from there elbow, this I the second time I'm back for the same issue my cruise control only works when it wants too all I know I they better fix it

The service center people are nice - but beware the "courtesy shuttle" as they don't have a dedicated one and you often end up waiting a very long time before a ride is ready.

Their in-house IT dept is unorganized. Sales staff is friendly & helpful. Svc dept is always backed up. Will go to a diff dealer for next trade in.
