The employees milk cows on-site to-order for your milkshakes. Or at least that's my assumption judging by the wait times in drive thru.

Consumer service not a high priority. Stood for 5+ minutes to be seated. We were told someone would be with us in a minute. Minutes up. We are out of here. Going some where else.
